What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All of our products are shipped using Australia Post Parcel Post.

What are your shipping and return policies?

Please download our policies document for information on our returns policy.

All products are shipped same day if the order is placed before 2pm on a business day.  Otherwise, products will be shipped next business day.

Standard Australia Post shipping is used – Please let us know if you would like a different mode of shipping.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We only ship our cosmetic products to Australia and New Zealand.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Paypal, and all major credit cards through the Paypal application.

Bank Transfer – Please contact us for details to pay usining this method.

Do you accept international credit cards?

We accept payment through PayPal. You may be able to use a credit card during guest checkout on PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

All Taxes where applicable are included in the total advertised price
